1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using affluentiaos.com or any services provided by Affluentia Group LLC ("Affluentia," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Affluentia Construction OS is a bilingual AI-powered construction field intelligence platform. It provides voice-to-report processing via the COMPA AI system, structured project documentation, phase-locked approval workflows, and a command dashboard for authorized general contractors and project owners. Access is by invitation and approval only.
3. Authorized Access Only
The dashboard, project data, and field report systems are restricted to authorized personnel only. Unauthorized access, credential sharing, or attempts to circumvent authentication are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and legal action. The lobby page at affluentiaos.com is publicly accessible for informational purposes only.
4. GC Pilot Application
Submitting a GC Pilot Application through the lobby form does not guarantee access to the platform. Affluentia Group LLC reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its sole discretion. Approved pilot participants will receive a separate agreement governing the terms of their pilot engagement.
5. Voice Data & Field Reports
By using the COMPA voice AI system, you consent to the recording, transcription, and AI processing of inbound calls for the purpose of generating structured field reports. All recordings are processed through OpenAI and stored in Supabase. Field reports are the property of the project owner as defined in the applicable pilot or service agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, branding, AI workflows, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Affluentia Group LLC. No portion of the platform may be copied, reverse-engineered, or reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. Affluentia Group LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated field reports. All reports require human review and approval before use in official project documentation, financing applications, or compliance filings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affluentia Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, project delays, or financial losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
