  Full name, company name, email address, and phone number submitted through the GC Pilot Application modal on the lobby page.

• Voice Field Reports

  Audio recordings and transcripts from inbound calls to the COMPA AI system. These are processed by OpenAI and stored in our Supabase database.

• Usage Data

  Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and page visit timestamps for security and performance monitoring.

• Cookies

  Session authentication cookies for authorized users accessing the dashboard. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information solely to:

• Respond to GC Pilot Application inquiries and onboard approved partners
• Process and store bilingual field reports submitted via the COMPA voice AI
• Generate structured project documentation for authorized owners and GCs
• Maintain platform security and prevent unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption, cryptographic QR token authentication for field report submission, row-level security on database tables, and service-role access controls. Access to the dashboard and project data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
